The items are undamaged in the original packaging.
Carriage costs are not refundable and return carriage is payable by the customer
Please remember to include a copy of your sales order with the returns in order for us to identify the sender of the goods.

We will credit your payment card account within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.

Please note that we strongly recommend that you send the returns via insured carrier that are able to provide proof of delivery if required as we will not be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

In the unlikely event the products supplied are faulty, have been damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered, we will arrange collection of these items by our carrier at our expense. We will send replacement goods immediately.

You must notify us of faulty items within 7 days of receipt.
