Shipping Information.

Delivery to;

  • England, Wales, Scotland (Excluding, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Offshore Islands, Channel Islands and certain remote regions)

(Goods value for orders over £75) - £ FREE.

(Orders under £75) - 1 to 3 working days - £5.99 (DPD Local).

(Orders under £40) - 1 to 3 working days - £5.99 or 3 to 7 working days - £4.40 (Royal Mail).

  • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands (2 Working Days) £12.50. Please note that certain more remote Scottish locations are charged at a higher rate of £24.50, please use our 'estimate delivery' feature for an exact cost when viewing your basket.
  • Channel Island (Jersey, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Isle of Man) £18.50.
  • Scottish Islands, Shetland, Orkney and Hebrides (3 working days). - £19.98 (DPD Local).
  • Republic of Ireland (2 -3 Working Days) - £12.50 (DPD Local). Please note customs within the Republic of Ireland charge a processing fee of €5 for each shipment, this is payable with import duties by the receiver.

At Simply Door Handles it is our aim to provide the very best customer service, all stock items will be despatched within 48 hours of ordering. If you select the £5.99 delivery option for mainland UK we use Interlink Express next day service as standard, therefore all goods will normally be received within 3 working days. Most orders are despatched same day and received next day.

All quoted delivery dates of 1 to 3 working days and 3 to 7 working days excludes weekends and UK public holidays (bank holidays).

Please note that once an order has been dispatched you will not be able to cancel the order, it must be returned for a refund. In the event of a delivery being refused a £7.50 charge will applied.

Door handles required next day?

Next day delivery is our standard carrier service for mainland UK orders (including Scotland), however please do contact us first to ensure we have sufficient stock to meet your order requirements. Please note that you will need to be at your delivery address when the goods are delivered as our carrier will require a signed receipt for proof of delivery. We are able to deliver to an alternate delivery address if you will not be at home to receive your order.

Please ensure that someone is able to receive the goods on the day of delivery, you will be notified by email or text (if requested) with an ETA of the order. If the carrier cannot deliver the goods because no one is available to accept delivery you would need to contact us or Interlink Express to rearrange a suitable delivery date. If delivery cannot be made or delivery is refused a further delivery charge will be made or deducted from any credit to recover our costs incurred.

We are able to deliver to a separate address if you are not at home during the working hours.

Delivery outside the UK?

We currently only ship to the Republic of Ireland since the UK departed from the EU.

Republic of Ireland - £12.50 - 2 - 3 Working Days.

Due to potential product compatibility issues we do not ship overseas.

All returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions

    • The items are undamaged in the original packaging and fit for resale.
    • The return carriage is payable by the customer.
    • All item(s) are returned within 90 days of receiving your order.

Please remember to include a copy of your sales order with the returns in order for us to identify the sender of the goods.

We will credit your payment card account within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
