At Simply Door Handles, we aim to make ordering and receiving your order as simple and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find full details of our delivery options, timescales, and costs for the UK and international orders.

Need Your Door Handles Next Day?

If you need door handles delivered fast, we offer a reliable next-day delivery service on thousands of leading branded products.

  • Order cut-off time: 3:00 pm, Monday to Thursday
  • Orders placed before 3:00 pm are dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the next working day (Monday)

Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive your door handles on the day of delivery. You’ll be notified by email or text message (if requested) with an estimated delivery time.

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, you will need to contact us or our nominated carrier to rearrange a suitable delivery date.

We can also deliver to an alternative address if you’re not available during normal working hours.

UK Shipping Information

Stocked door handles and related hardware are usually dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. If you select our £6.99 delivery option for mainland UK, we use DPD Local’s next-day service as standard. Most orders are dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day.

Delivery times exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Mainland UK (England, Wales & Scotland – excluding Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas)

  • Orders over £75: FREE delivery
  • Orders under £75: £6.99 (DPD Local, 1–3 working days)
  • Orders under £40:
    • £6.99 (DPD Local, 1–3 working days)
    • £4.40 (Royal Mail, 3–7 working days)

Northern Ireland

Standard delivery (2 working days) – £14.50

Channel Islands & Offshore Islands

Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man – £22.50

Scottish Highlands & Islands

  • 3 working days – £19.99 (DPD Local)
  • Remote areas of Scotland – £24.50 (use ‘Estimate Delivery’ in basket for exact cost)

Republic of Ireland

2–3 working days – £13.25 (DPD Local)
Irish Customs applies a €6.50 processing fee per shipment, payable by the receiver, along with any import duties.

Additional Delivery Information

  • Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and UK public holidays
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched and must be returned for a refund
  • If a delivery is refused, a £7.50 charge will apply

Ordering from Outside the UK

When ordering door handles from outside the UK, VAT or tax will be refunded once your order is placed. You will be responsible for any local taxes and duties before receiving your goods.

If your order is refused or undeliverable, you may also be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us.
